Good to know

Common questions.

Can I order ahead for pickup?

Yes — order breads and pastries for next-day pickup so you don't miss out (we sell out early). Custom cakes need at least 72 hours' notice. Start an order here.

How much notice do you need for a custom cake?

72 hours for celebration cakes; wedding cakes and larger orders should book a few weeks ahead so we can do a proper design consultation. Try our Cake Designer to get started.

Do you have gluten-free or allergen-free options?

We have to be honest: we're a small shared kitchen with flour and nuts everywhere, so we can't guarantee anything is allergen-free. Please take care if you have a serious allergy.

What time should I come?

We open at 7am, Tuesday through Sunday, and bake until we sell out — usually by early afternoon. For the baguettes and morning buns, come early. Closed Mondays.

Do you deliver?

We're pickup-only for now — it keeps everything at its freshest. Your order will be boxed and ready at the counter at your chosen time.

What makes your bread different?

Time. A 36-hour natural fermentation, a wood-fired oven, some in-house milled grain, and real ingredients — no additives, no shortcuts. You can taste all of it.
